Ticket Return Policy

1. Non-refundable tickets:
   All ticket sales are final and we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. (Except in the event of cancellation initiated by the museum, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, in particular the card used to make the purchase.)
2. Ticket confirmation:
   After completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email with important information about your visit. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
3. Ticket changes:
   Tickets are non-transferable and changes to the date or time of your visit may not be possible.
4. Contact:
   Update your contact details to receive important notifications or updates about your visit.
