Visitor rules for each attraction are available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv <\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Tickets can be purchased online by registering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/ <\/a>and accepting the points related to consent to the processing of personal data, as well as after payment via the Paysera system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2 Registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>You can register <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/ <\/a>, your name, email address, and a password.<\/li>\n<li>Each person who registers online will receive a reply message to the email address provided in the registration form, indicating whether the application has been delivered to the Centre and whether the person's profile has already been registered.<\/li>\n<li>For registration to be successful, you must enter the correct details on the registration form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>The Museum reserves the right to delete any account that has not been properly logged in within the last 24 months.<\/li>\n<li>You can buy tickets without registration, just enter your name and email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3 Buying online, general principles<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>During one login session, you can make up to three different transactions, each of up to 20 group tickets and up to 10 individual tickets, entitling the holder(s) to access the exhibition area.<\/li>\n<li>Online group ticket sales are only available via the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/ <\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You can only log in to one account at a time from one device using one tab in one browser window.<\/li>\n<li>Each individual online booking will be assigned an individual transaction number with the option to pay the total amount for all bookings at once.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>If you want to receive a VAT invoice, you need to provide the necessary invoice details:\n<ol>\n<li>the buyer's name or company name;<\/li>\n<li>address (city, postcode, street name)<\/li>\n<li>tax registration number, VAT (not applicable to natural persons);<\/li>\n<li>send this information by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@iluzijumuzejs.lv\">info@iluzijumuzejs.lv <\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>The invoice will be sent by email;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Payment for online purchases can only be made through Paysera with a payment card accepted in the Paysera system, by electronic bank transfer or other forms, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/\">which <\/a>Provided by Paysera via https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes- <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\/pirkt-biletes-tiessaiste\/\">link\/ <\/a>Locally. Information on whether the system serves the bank from which the payment transaction will be made can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv <\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Within 30 minutes of completing the online purchase, the system will send an email with the confirmation and transaction number, as well as an invoice with the specified data saved in PDF format, to the email address provided in the profile. which serves as a ticket to the Museum.<\/li>\n<li>The return policy for purchased tickets is set out in the Cosmos Illusion Museum Visitor Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4 Final provisions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The Centre shall have the right to amend these Rules. The amended rules will be published online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv <\/a>and available at the Museum Ticket Office.<\/li>\n<li>These rules form an integral part of the Museum and the \"Cosmos Illusion Museum - Visitor Rules\", available online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv\">https:\/\/www.iluzijumuzejs.lv <\/a>.
